Your ticket includes participation in the scheduled GrandX trail day for one registered vehicle and driver, along with route planning, event coordination, guided trail leadership, group pacing, and support throughout the day.
-
Yes. Standard GrandX trail day pricing is per vehicle, not per passenger. Passenger upcharges only apply to select specialty events that include food or other hosted extras.
-
Each event has its own listed vehicle requirements. Some scenic runs are appropriate for stock-ish 4WD vehicles with decent clearance, while more technical routes may require low range, larger tires, skid plates, and recovery points.
-
Each event requires a minimum of 3 registered vehicles in order to run. If the minimum is not met, the event may be rescheduled or canceled, and registered guests will be offered a transfer or refund.
-
GrandX events run in normal Pacific Northwest weather, but severe weather, wildfire risk, snow, closures, or unsafe trail conditions may force an event to be changed, postponed, or canceled. If that happens, guests will be offered a transfer or refund.
-
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may be eligible for a transfer or refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable.
-
It depends on the event, but basic recovery gear is always a good idea. More technical trail days may strongly recommend or require recovery points, a full-size spare, and other trail-ready equipment.
-
Some are, some are not. Scenic and easier trail days are better suited for newer drivers or less-built vehicles, while technical routes are intended for more capable rigs and more confident drivers. Each event page will explain what to expect.
-
Yes. GrandX trail days are guided events, and spotting or route guidance will be provided where needed based on terrain and group ability.
-
No. Media coverage is optional and may be added separately as a Photo Package, Video Package, or bundled Photo + Video Package.
Pricing / What Your Ticket Covers
Your ticket price covers one vehicle for the scheduled GrandX trail day, along with route planning, event coordination, guided trail leadership, spotting, group pacing, and the added support that comes with a properly organized run. Standard trail-day pricing is by vehicle, not by passenger. Optional media add-ons are available for guests who want professional photo or video coverage from the event.
Booking Policy
All GrandX trail day events must be booked in advance through the website. Your spot is not confirmed until registration is completed and payment is received. Each event requires a minimum of 3 registered vehicles in order to run as scheduled. If the minimum signup requirement is not met, GrandX may reschedule the event, move guests to another date, or issue a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may be transferred to another available date or refunded, less any processing fees if applicable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, since planning, group coordination, and trail logistics have already been committed. If you cannot make your scheduled date, GrandX may allow a one-time transfer to another event at its discretion.
Weather and Trail Conditions Policy
GrandX trail days run in normal Pacific Northwest conditions, including rain, mud, and changing temperatures. Events may be postponed, rerouted, or canceled if weather, snow, wildfire risk, trail closures, or unsafe conditions make the planned route unsuitable. If GrandX cancels or reschedules an event due to conditions outside your control, registered guests will be offered a transfer to a future date or a refund.
Vehicle Requirements Policy
Participants are responsible for arriving in a vehicle that meets the listed requirements for the event. Trail difficulty, terrain, and seasonal conditions can change quickly, and GrandX reserves the right to turn away vehicles that are clearly unprepared for the route. This is for the safety of the group, the vehicle owner, and the overall quality of the event.
Guests and Occupants Policy
Standard GrandX trail day pricing is based on the registered vehicle, not the number of passengers. All occupants are expected to follow trail leader instructions and basic safety requirements throughout the event. GrandX reserves the right to place additional passenger restrictions on select specialty events, including events with food, hosted experiences, or other included extras.
Arrival and Timing Policy
Participants are expected to arrive on time at the designated meetup location with a full tank of fuel, any required gear, and a vehicle ready for the trail. Late arrivals may miss the driver meeting or delay the group. GrandX reserves the right to proceed without participants who arrive too late to safely and reasonably join the event.
